StreetEasy Launch Event: A Sign of Great Things to Come

In the interest of full disclosure, I have just been hired by StreetEasy to lead business development for the company in South Florida. If you aren’t familiar with StreetEasy you should probably get familiar with the website if you are looking to buy, sell or rent property. StreetEasy is the largest and most popular real estate website in NYC and the company is now expanding to South Florida.

The website is really amazing and I’m not just saying that because I now work for the company.  I didn’t give up a 10 year career in private banking to go work for a rinky-dink website. StreetEasy makes searching for property easy and fun.  With StreetEasy you can search for property by neighborhood or building.  You can even customize the boundaries of your search and save searches to a folder and share them with your friends and your broker.

Customize your search area and save and share. You can receive immediate updates via email as soon as a new listing hits the market

StreetEasy provides you with plenty of free research material at your fingertips so that you can make an informed decision.  Most of the information is free and for and additional $10 per month you can have full access to the site.

Now you can search by building and see everything that is currently listed in that building and what units have sold for.

We had our launch event on Thursday at the Marquis in Downtown Miami.  The event was well attended by nearly 100 industry leaders and the feedback we received was very positive from the brokers that attended.  See for yourselves…
