Midtown is getting a few new tenants. With the exception of one new tenant, it appears that two of the tenants are moving into previously unoccupied space. This is certainly a good sign for Midtown; it means the area can absorb more retail. New retailers aren’t simply replacing unsuccessful retailers. This is a good indication that vacancy rates are in decline for Midtown.
