As many of you know I work for StreetEasy and last week I had the pleasure of interviewing Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, Managing Partner at Cervera Real Estate. We talked about some of the data we uncovered in StreetEasy’s Q1 Miami Residential Market Report, but also chatted about the urbanization of Miami that has occurred in Brickell and downtown during the past 10 years.
